What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and a selection of drinks. Depending on the package, sunset voyages might feature upscale refreshments and appetizers, while business charters offer meeting amenities and tailored catering.
When should I reserve my yacht?
To ensure availability, reservations should be made 2–3 weeks prior, or 4–6 weeks in advance for business gatherings or special occasions, particularly during the high season from May to September. This allows adequate time for personalization.
What is the procedure if weather conditions are unfavorable?
Your safety is our priority. In case of weather conditions considered unsafe by our captain, we propose a rescheduling of your charter to an alternative date or provide a complete refund. We keep a close watch on the weather and will get in touch with you if there are any concerns 24 hours in advance of your scheduled departure.
May I bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, your own refreshments and snacks are allowed. We additionally offer excellent catering services that we can tailor to your tastes. Please be aware for safety reasons, glass containers are not allowed on board.
Can guests with mobility challenges access your yachts?

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations done 72 hours before departure are fully refunded. Those made between 24 to 72 hours before the trip are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours will not be refunded, except in situations such as adverse weather or mechanical issues on our end.
